With this shipping solution, ModernTimes.io will bear 50% of the order value if parcels get seized by your local customs.

If you have received the wrong product that does not match the website photos, please provide evidence within 3 days of parcel delivery. It is important to note that customers are required to provide proof, as we keep records of all watch serial numbers. Once the incorrect shipment is verified, we will arrange for new parcels to be sent to customers while customers return the wrong items to us simultaneously.

2. Returns for Items With Flaws
